CTET Exam 2017 Paper 1 Pattern

The Paper 1 in CTET Exam is basically for the candidates who wants to teach students of of classes I to Vth. A total number of 150 question will be given in this paper and all of the questions will be Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs). All the candidates will have to answer the given questions in a time period of two and a half hours. Notably, there is no negative marking in the paper. CTET 2017 Paper 2 Exam Pattern

The Paper 2 in CTET Exam is for the aspirants, who desires to teach the students of class VIth to VIIIth. Just like Paper 1, this paper also includes a total number of 150 questions in MCQ format, which a candidate will have to answer under the time period of two and a half hours. 1.Child Development and Pedagogy: This section of Paper 1 basically include all the concepts of a child’s development and Pedagogy techniques. It covers:

  • Concept of inclusive education (5 questions)
  • Learning and Pedagogy (10 questions)

2.Language I: This section checks out language skills of the aspirant and covers two parts:

  1. Language Comprehension- Reading two unseen passages (one prose or drama and one poem with questions on comprehension, inference, grammar and verbal ability). (15 questions)

3.Language II: The is the advanced part of the aforementioned section (Language I), as it includes questions on:
